By visiting our Shopify store and purchasing a product from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

• Invitation to do Business: The products, prices, and descriptions displayed on this Shopify store constitute an "invitation to do business" and do not form a binding legal offer.
• Acceptance of Order: A binding contract of sale is only formed once we have processed your order, accepted payment, and explicitly dispatched the product to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch or human error, we are not legally bound to fulfill the sale at that incorrect price. We will notify you of the error, cancel the transaction, and issue a full refund immediately.

• 7-Day Change of Mind: In terms of Section 44 of the ECT Act, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving your items without reason or penalty.
• Return Shipping Costs: If you invoke your cooling-off right, you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods safely to our physical address. The items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Exclusions: The 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods, digital downloads, unsealed software or audio/video recordings, or perishable items.

• 6-Month Warranty: In terms of Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), all physical goods carry an implied 6-month statutory warranty against material defects or poor quality.
• Your Remedies: If an item is found to be defective within 6 months of delivery, you have the right to request either a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, customer negligence, or failure to follow product care instructions. We will cover the courier costs for returning verified defective goods.
